We have processed hazelnuts in Zugdidi for over a decade, sourcing from our own plantations and a network of trusted local farms.

Keeping sourcing close to the groves means we know the crop before it reaches the line. Samegrelo's climate and soil give Georgian hazelnuts their reputation, and we work only with the part of that harvest that meets our grade.

We control every step, so the result never drifts.

From the plantation to the sealed sack, production stays in our hands. Cleaning, drying, sorting, cracking, roasting and packing all happen here, on equipment we run ourselves. That control is why a buyer's second order matches the first.

From harvest to sealed sack

Six stages, each one ours. The crop never leaves our control between the grove and the pallet.

    Harvest & intake

    We select the best nuts from our own plantations and trusted Samegrelo farms, and inspect every intake.

  2. 02

    Clean & dry

    Nuts are cleaned and brought to a stable moisture, the foundation of safe storage and shelf life.

  3. 03

    Sort & grade

    Optical sorting and calibration separate the crop by size and quality, so each caliber is true.

  4. 04

    Crack

    Precision cracking releases the kernel while protecting its shape, keeping whole-kernel yield high.

  5. 05

    Roast

    Controlled roasting develops flavour and colour for our blanched and roasted lines.

  6. 06

    Grind & pack

    We mill where needed and pack into 40 kg polypropylene sacks, stitched and labelled for export.

That reserve lets us fill large orders quickly and keep supplying through the off-season, without the gaps that catch out spot buyers. When you commit to a programme, we can hold to it.

Every lot is measured on our quality bench, moisture and grade confirmed before it moves on.

Our HACCP certification covers food safety across the operation, from intake to packing. Grading is done to caliber, not by eye, so what is on the label is what is in the sack.
